Austin is a remarkable human being. He pulled me and my bus out of a snowbank on a forest service road when no other tow truck company would make their way onto that road. He then proceeded to give me a lift further up the road to save me from having to hike up the extra few kms that I was going to have to because of where I got stuck. Really friendly, really helpful. Couldn't have asked for more from what was a pretty unpleasant situation.
